Operations management for visionary businesses
Hi! I’m Ayesha, a Certified Operations & Business Manager.
I lead the operational side of your business, so you don’t have to.
You’re brilliant at what you do, but your back office? Let’s just say it’s not living its best life.
I work with coaches, consultants, creatives and service-based entrepreneurs who are ready to grow their business, and need someone they trust to take charge of strategy, systems and delivery.
Think: smooth-running ops, projects that get finished, data-driven decision-making and plans that move from idea to action.
You bring the vision. I make sure it happens.
Sound good?
The cost of disconnected operations
Your business exists in your brain
You’re the only one who knows what’s going on. There’s no system or structure. Just you juggling a million moving parts.
Inconsistency is everywhere
From client experience to service delivery, things slip. Mistakes happen. Quality dips. Reputation suffers.
Your team underperforms
Even the best hires struggle without direction. If there’s no process to follow, you can’t expect consistent results.
You’re stuck in reaction mode
You can’t see progress, only problems. And switching off isn't an option...so you just don't.
They protect your reputation, support your growth and directly impact your bottom line.
With the right operational structure, your business can run like clockwork.
Your business operations don't just keep the lights on.

With the right operational support, your business can run like clockwork.

The business you always knew was possible.
-
Imagine this is you in 6 months. No more scrambling to keep up, chasing tasks, or reacting to every client request like it’s an emergency.
Now, things just… work. Your systems are doing the heavy lifting, your team knows what they’re doing (no more “Can I ask a quick question”) and the information they need is easy to find.
You’re showing up calm, prepared and ahead of the game - giving your clients the best of you.
Now you’ve got hours back in your week. You have time for that coffee with a friend, a lunchtime walk or to address those health niggles you've been ignoring.
This isn't a dream. It's just good operations.
Ready to go from this...
- I need someone to be my second brain, so I don’t hold it all in mine.
- I know I need support, but I don’t have time to work out what it is.
- Everything depends on me, but I can’t trust anyone to do it right.
- My business is growing, but I feel like I’m losing control.
To this?
- I finally have the time and headspace to focus on high-impact growth.
- I have a capable, confident team I trust to bring my vision to life.
- The business runs smoothly without me having to micromanage.
- Evenings and weekends are mine again. I'm spending more time with family and friends.
You wanted freedom and a deeper sense of purpose. To grow your business on your terms and take advantage of everything the 9-5 couldn’t give you, professionally and personally.
You know you need support, but don’t know what that looks like. Your patchy operations are keeping you stuck, because how can you delegate if you don’t even know what to hand over?
Brilliance needs breathing room. Your time is best spent on leadership and plotting the long-term vision. I’ll handle the rest.
Ready to go from this...
“I know I need support, but I don’t have time to figure out what that looks like.”
“My business is growing, but I feel like I’m losing control.”
“I should be focused on growth, but I’m drowning in the day-to-day.”
“Everything depends on me, but I can’t trust anyone to do it right.”
To this?
“I finally have the time and headspace to focus on high-impact growth.”
“Evenings and weekends are mine again. No more constant catch-up.”
“The business runs smoothly without me having to micromanage.”
“I have a capable, confident team I trust to bring my vision to life.”
Inclusion matters to me
I believe people do their best work when they feel seen, respected and safe to show up as they are.
So whether you’re just starting out or scaling up, whether you’re juggling business with life or navigating something unseen, I want you to know this is a space where you are welcome.
To me, people are people. I treat others the way I want to be treated: with kindness, curiosity and care.
That’s how I do life. And that’s how I do business.

Why I became an Accredited OBM (and why it has changed everything)
I didn't set out to become an Online Business Manager. In fact, if you’d asked me just over a year ago what an OBM was, I’d have met you with a blank stare.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does an Online Business Manager (OBM) do?
My job is to free you up to focus on the things only you can do.
That means I lead, plan and systemise the operational side of your business, so it runs smoothly without relying on you for everything.
As your OBM, I:
– Turn your big ideas into delivered projects
– Set up simple, scalable workflows
– Keep your team aligned, accountable and performing at their best
– Translate your goals into timelines, actions and outcomes
– Support strategic hiring decisions and team development
While I don’t carry out the admin or tech tasks myself, I manage the people who do, from VAs to specialists, so everything stays on track and off your plate.
How much do you charge for your services?
- All Systems Go (Operations Audit)
A one-off, deep-dive review of business back office — £349. - Teamworthy (Team Services)
A bespoke package tailored to your hiring and team management needs.
Pricing available on request. - Smooth Operator (Retainer Services)
Ongoing operational and project management, with a minimum three-month commitment. Pricing available on request.
Is this a Virtual Assistant (VA) service?
No, my work is different to that of a VA. I focus on operational strategy, planning, project management and scalable systems that drive sustainable business growth. I can manage team members, such as VAs or other freelancers, onboard and train them for you.
What’s the difference between a Virtual Assistant (VA) and an Online Business Manager (OBM)?
Think of a VA as your expert ‘do-er.’
They tackle the day-to-day nitty-gritty: inbox zero, calendar management, social posts scheduled, show notes polished, maybe even your next blog draft or market research wrapped up.
The OBM is the bridge between the CEO and the VA (if there is one).
They build, optimise and lead your business operations: streamlining your workflows, delegating to your brilliant VA, mapping quarterly and annual goals and stepping in as your right hand for hiring, project co-ordination or team management.
OBMs are strategic operational leaders. They take your big ideas and make them happen.
Never worked with an OBM before? Don’t worry, I’ll guide you through it step-by-step.
How do I know if I need an Online Business Manager?
You don’t need to be a ‘big’ business to benefit from OBM support. If you’re established, generating consistent revenue and feeling stuck or stretched, that’s the perfect time to bring in strategic support.
You might already have a small team (or be thinking about hiring), but you’re too stretched to manage them properly. Or maybe you’ve hit a point where systems, structure and strategy are no longer nice-to-haves, they’re essential for the next stage of your business.
An OBM helps you move from “just about managing” to running your business in a more sustainable, scalable way.
What kind of tasks can you help with?
My focus is on managing your operations — the strategic, behind-the-scenes work that keeps your business running smoothly and sets you up for sustainable growth
That can include:
- Scoping, planning and managing projects
- Reviewing and streamlining systems and processes
- Supporting hiring, onboarding and team development
- Overseeing day-to-day operations and delivery
- Helping you prioritise and decide where to focus next
I don’t handle admin tasks myself (that’s where your VA or tech specialists come in), but I’ll make sure the right people are in place, and that everything runs like it should.
What does working together actually look like?
Once we agree to work together, I’ll guide you through a simple onboarding process so we can hit the ground running.
We’ll start with a kick-off call, I’ll get up to speed on your systems, goals and team and map out a 90 day plan based on your biggest priorities. From there, I’ll get to work on all the projects and tasks that have been agreed between us.
You’ll have regular check-ins, clear updates and a trusted partner to bounce ideas off.
Do you work with businesses in my industry?
I work with coaches, mentors, therapists, creatives and other service-providers who want to grow sustainably without sacrificing their well-being, values or quality of service.
If you’re struggling with the silent weight of running everything by yourself, I can help.
Why is there a 3-month minimum commitment for the retainer services?
Meaningful change takes time.
Three months is the minimum amount of time needed to properly understand your business, the challenges you’re facing and to start making tangible improvements.
This isn’t a quick fix – it’s about laying solid foundations, streamlining what’s not working, and setting you up for long-term success. A one-month stint just wouldn’t do your business justice.
Not ready for retainer services ? Start with an Operations Audit – a one-off deep dive to get expert eyes on your business operations. You’ll walk away with a customised plan that you can implement with your team.
If I sign up for retainer services, how hands-on will I need to be?
At the start, I’ll need time to properly understand your business – so expect regular catch-ups and plenty of questions. That’s unavoidable in the beginning but it will get easier over time. You’ll decide how involved you want to be in decisions but I’ll lead the implementation and keep everything moving.
What if I don’t have a team yet?
That’s totally fine. I’ll help you scope out if you even need a team member, identify the right first hire, set up simple onboarding and offboarding systems.
What if we’re not the right fit?
Fit matters, and I’ll always be honest about whether I’m the right person to support you.
We’ll start with a discovery call to explore your needs and challenges. If I don’t think I’m the best match, I’ll say so – and if I can, I’ll recommend someone who might be.
My priority is making sure you get the right support, even if it’s not me (but hopefully I will be!)
